Wanted to draw a fairy at first. Then I wanted to draw a phoenix bird girl thingy. Already drew the head, just added da body. 
Heh heh heh.... Yeah...
Drawing this for my cousin. He rocks. Wrote me an eight page letter. O_o I was quite shocked myself. He mentioned a phoenix bird in his letter, and I was inspired. ^_^
Was going to draw in the flames, but alas, I do not know how to draw flames. I'm going to have to look up pictures and use them as references. ><
Inked it in rather quickly. Had to fix it up in Photoshop 6.
