Going to buy season 1 of Gargoyles from my works, Blockbuster. ^___^ We have one copy, somebody sold it to us, or traded, whatever.
been sketching a LOT of gargoyles during my morning Calc class.
I had already taken once, and dropped it. SO I know what we're doing now. Yay, derivatives. Woot woot. lol
did this in my sketch book. I plan to ink it in, I guess. I dunno. blah.
Had trouble with da wings, didn't know how to do them or how to place them. >_< They came out a'ight.

The wings look good, definitely the right size and all. you could try experimenting with drawing gargoyles from the back until you feel comfortable with it
